Who sent the SMS?
The sender’s name and extension number is normally at the start of the SMS, like this:

If there is no extension number present the sender has chosen not to add it and it is anonymous.
Can I reply to an SMS?
No. hellosms.me is a send-only SMS service and you are not be able to reply directly. However, if the sender has included their extension number you can call 03300 564869 and then dial the extension number to speak to them.

What if someone is spamming me or I feel the SMS service is being abused?
