Getting Support
Getting support is easy and tailored towards you. In most cases, if there is an issue with your systems or services we will have picked it up and opened a help desk ticket for you. If you need support for something else, you can use any of the methods below or complete the help desk form at the bottom of the page.
Remote Support
Sometimes you will need us to join you on your current computer to provide support, and that computer may not be one we’ve seen before and will not have our remote support tools installed on it.
To assist in this situation, we have a small app you can download and run that will give us the temporary ability to join you on whatever computer you are on. When requested by us, please download and run one of the following programs for your Operating System so that we can join you on your screen:
